Welcome to the Omnitub Trade Account System

If you’re in the trade and want to offer Omnitub as a solution to your customers, you’ll be pleased to learn that our new Trade Account System is live and ready to accept your orders. We’re excited to partner with tradespeople worldwide to bring our high-quality products to your clients.

How to Create Your Trade Account

Creating your account is straightforward. Simply fill out the form below, and a member of our team will review and activate your account within one business day (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Requirements for Approval

To ensure a smooth application process, please provide the following:

Company or Trading Name Visibility

Your company or trading name must be visible on the internet. This can be a website showing examples of your work, or a social media presence on platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.

Online Listings

Any online listings proving your company operates and functions as described will also be helpful.

Please note that if no information can be found on the internet about your company, your application may not be approved.

Global Reach

Our trade account area is open to tradespeople worldwide. Whether you’re based in the UK or abroad, you can take advantage of our services and products. We also offer worldwide shipping to ensure you can get our products to your location, no matter where you are.

Multiple Quantities

When it comes to placing an order for multiple units it is better to give us a call once your Trade Account is active. This applies to Trade Orders placed Worldwide.

For UK Orders we will be able to offer a lower price for multiple units, depending on the order.

For Orders Outside of the UK we will be able to also have a bespoke price for shipping as depending on the order and whether the tubs are stackable there could be a huge price saving on shipping. Our system will only price shipping one for one by default, meaning if you ordered two tubs that were the same size the shipping price would be "Price Of One Tub *2" whereas actually it would only need to be "Price Of One Tub *1.1/1.2.

Returns and Restocking Notice

All Trade orders placed after 13/09/2024 will operate on the following terms;

  • There will be an allowed period of 14 calendar days to raise a return which can only be done through the Account Area of the website. Requests for returns through any other channel will not be accepted or acknowledged.
  • If the 14 days passes then you will not be able to raise a return.
  • Buyer Pays Returns. Meaning you will be responsible for organising your own return shipping to Omnitub Ltd Manufacturing.
  • Returns can only be accepted at the following address; Unit 5 Batch Business Park, Lympsham, North Somerset, BS24 0ES.
  • Returns must be placed on an AM service and must reach our address before 12pm Monday-Friday exlcuding Bank Holidays/Public Holidays
  • Returns must be on a pallet or on your own branded transportation. No Third Party Returns from any provider other than palleted returns or you own vehicles will be accepted as a full return. If a third party non palleted company returns your order it will either be rejected or be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • All Returned Orders from a Trade Account will be subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return amount.
  • Items must reach us in the same condition that your item was shipped in. It must match our video footage of the order when it leaves our factory. In the event that the returned order is damaged on return we will email your account email within 7 working days or receiving your order and will inform you of either further reductions or a way for you to clarify with your shipper with a way to reclaim your costs.
