Every Omnitub is backed by a 30-year manufacturer's guarantee. It isn't a marketing line — it reflects how our tubs are built: hand-laid in Somerset from our Omnigel built-up system, quality-checked before dispatch, and designed to be installed once and relied on for decades.
What the guarantee covers
The 30-year guarantee covers manufacturing faults and structural defects, including:
- Loss of structural integrity
- Leaks caused by manufacturing defects
- Failure in rigidity
- Surface breakdown due to manufacturing issues
Every Omnitub passes our quality-assurance check before it leaves the workshop, so it reaches you fit for purpose and free from defects. The same 30-year guarantee applies to every finish — white and made-to-order colours alike. The colour is part of the build rather than a coating, so it won't fade or wear off.
What the guarantee does not cover
Like any long-term product guarantee, it covers manufacturing — not external factors. It does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by misuse or lack of care
- Incorrect installation, including issues caused by incorrectly drilled holes or poor sealing during fitting
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage from harsh chemicals, cleaning products, or external elements
- Modifications or alterations made after supply
How long it lasts, and who it covers
The guarantee runs for 30 years from the original purchase. It applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable — every Omnitub is made to order and installed into a specific environment, so the guarantee is tied to the original order, the original customer, and the original installation.
How to make a claim
If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, we will either:
- replace the product with a like-for-like tub, or
- repair and refurbish where appropriate.

Installation
Omnitubs should be installed by a qualified professional. Correct waste and drainage connections, base support, waterproofing and — where relevant — electrical work are essential to long-term performance and to keeping your guarantee valid.
