Duties, taxes and customs

Prices at checkout cover the shipping shown. Destination import duties and local taxes (for example VAT or GST) are not included and are set by the destination country.

On DHL and FedEx door-to-door, any import duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and collected from you by the carrier on or before delivery — usually a quick online payment shortly before your bath arrives. We estimate them for you at checkout, in your own currency, so there are no surprises; they are never paid to Omnitub.

Goods exported from the UK are zero-rated for UK VAT. Transit times shown are estimates, not guarantees.
