Two ways to ship

DHL and FedEx door-to-door are all-in — delivered to your door with customs handled for you; sea freight is lowest-cost — delivered to your nearest port, where you arrange the rest. Every destination shows both where available, and all our website prices are net — destination duties and local taxes are payable on top (see below).
Delivered to your door
The complete, all-in solution. Your piece travels door-to-door with DHL or FedEx, fully tracked, and we arrange export and destination customs clearance for you. Shortly before delivery the carrier emails you directly to settle any import duties and local taxes — you pay online in a few clicks, and they complete delivery right to your door. No agent to appoint, no depot to visit, nothing to arrange.

Sea & air freight
Significantly lower cost. We deliver to your nearest international port (sea) or airport (air). From there it's over to you: you arrange import customs clearance and onward delivery to your address — yourself or through a freight agent of your choice. We provide the Bill of Lading you'll need to release the goods; we don't broker the onward leg or act as your agent.

Duties, taxes and customs
Prices at checkout cover the shipping shown. Destination import duties and local taxes (for example VAT or GST) are not included and are set by the destination country.
On DHL and FedEx door-to-door, any duties and taxes are collected from you by the carrier on or before delivery. On sea and air freight (to port or airport), local import duties and taxes are paid to your customs authority or handler when the goods are released — to you, or to a forwarder you nominate. On these services you appoint your own customs broker and arrange onward delivery from the port or airport; we provide the Bill of Lading you'll need to release the goods, but do not handle clearance, forwarding or the final leg.
Goods exported from the UK are zero-rated for UK VAT. Transit times shown are estimates, not guarantees.

Best tub ever! I am in the US and wanted a Japanese soaking tub for years — no comparable item available here. Shipping was no problem. I'm 5ft 2 and love sitting in hot water up to my chin. The material is amazing and holds the heat. Perfect fit in a small space.
