Return & Refund Policy (CONSUMER PURCHASES)

We offer a free of charge hold service. Meaning if you are unsure on when works are beginning or would like to tick the purchase of your Omnitub off of your list but are not sure when you would like it to be delivered then you can simply choose the shipping method ‘Hold’ on the checkout shipping method.
Please note that the ‘Hold’ shipping method is only available to UK mainland orders.
You can select your delivery date on the checkout page but only if you do not bypass the checkout by using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon Pay. If you bypass the checkout then your order will not be shipped until you contact us with a delivery date.
If you are outside of the UK and would like to hold an order then once your order is placed reach out to us on WhatsApp, provide your order number and provide the instructions on what you would like to do with your order.
Return Eligibility
Return requests are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Beyond this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
The return does not need to be back with us within 30 days from the delivery date but it must be requested from using https://account.omnitub.co.uk/ within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Returns must be sent via a pallet carier service. Meaning the tub must be on a pallet on its return. We will not accept returns of any Omnitub Deep Soaking Bath Tub or Omnitub Deep Seated Bath Tub if it is not on a pallet.
To clarify, A "Man In A Van" or "Direct Courier Van" service will not be accepted as a return. The damages reported from the mentioned courier types makes it a return type that is such high risk that we are no longer accepting the vehicle type to return an Omnitub Deep Soaking Bath Tub or Omnitub Deep Seated Bath Tub.
Returning Specific Products
Omnitub Deep Soaking Bath:
Whirlpool Baths and Omnitub's with Lighting are classed as bespoke orders and are therefore non-returnable.
Unmodified Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths can be returned within the 30-day period. Customers must arrange and cover the return shipping.
Omnitub Panel / Waste Item:
Panels: Returnable unless cut to size or modified.
Wastes: Returnable if unused and in original packaging. Without original packaging, the return is accepted but no refund will be issued.

Returns are accepted Monday - Friday between 0800 and 1300. We are closed on bank holidays and weekends.
Ensure returns are sent to the above address.
Book on with https://www.palletwaysonline.com/en-gb or another pallet provider to book your item in for return.
An Omnitub Return MUST be sent back on a pallet. If an Omnitub is not returned on a Pallet a 10% Handling Fee Will Apply and be deducted from the return value.
It is strongly suggested that a returned Omnitub is insured for the full amount of the value of the item.
Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted as a return.
Waste Only Returns (Effective from 21/05/2025)
Waste Only Returns will only be accepted via InPost Shipping Deivered To Locker.

Please note that any other delivery method used for Waste Only Returns will no longer be acknowledged from the date of 21 05 2025.
You must use this service.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return we will book your return into processing which can take up to 7 working days. Once reviewed a decision is made on the return.
A refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days from the date or inspecting your return.
The total time to receive funds back to payment method is up to 30 working days from the date it is received back.
Waste Issues
If you have an issue with your waste which has been purchased from Omnitub Ltd then you must have a video of the Omnitub showing the waste installed and the trap installed on the tub, meaning the underside of the tub must be accessible. This is to ensure the trap supplied with the Omnitub has been installed on it. From here please send the video to us on WhatsApp with your order number which outligns the problem you have so we can help further.
Exchanges
We are not able to collect your original order at the time of delivering the new one. Exchanges must be handled with a new order placed and the original order as a return. This is to allow for stock allocation and booking out stock from manufacturing.

We are unable to initiate a return on your behalf over the phone.
Restocking Fee - Effective from 25 09 2024 - Domestic Orders
There is a 15% restocking fee of the total returned order value. This figure will be deducted from the return value.
The restocking fee covers the cost to unwrap, unpallet, check and retest the Omnitub Deep Soaking Bath Tub or Omnitub Deep Seated Bath Tub so that it can be put back into stock.
If a returned tub is not on a pallet when returned an additional 10% handelling fee will apply.
The restocking fee is valid from all orders place on or after 25 09 2024.
This is not valid for waste only returns.
Trade / B2B Orders
All Trade orders placed before 07/01/2026 will operate on the following terms;
- There will be an allowed period of 14 calendar days to raise a return which can only be done through the Account Area of the website. Requests for returns through any other channel will not be accepted or acknowledged.
- If the 14 days passes then you will not be able to raise a return.
- Buyer Pays Returns. Meaning you will be responsible for organising your own return shipping to Omnitub Ltd Manufacturing.
- Returns can only be accepted at the following address; Unit 5 Batch Business Park, Lympsham, North Somerset, BS24 0ES.
- Returns must be placed on an AM service and must reach our address before 12pm Monday-Friday exlcuding Bank Holidays/Public Holidays
- Returns must be on a pallet or on your own branded transportation. No Third Party Returns from any provider other than palleted returns or you own vehicles will be accepted as a full return. If a third party non palleted company returns your order it will either be rejected or be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- All Returned Orders from a Trade Account will be subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return amount.
- Items must reach us in the same condition that your item was shipped in. It must match our video footage of the order when it leaves our factory. In the event that the returned order is damaged on return we will email your account email within 7 working days or receiving your order and will inform you of either further reductions or a way for you to clarify with your shipper with a way to reclaim your costs.
All Trade orders placed on or after 07 January 2026 are subject to the following terms:
- All orders placed using a Trade Account and/or benefiting from trade pricing are deemed to be made in the course of business.
- Trade Account purchases are treated as business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
- Trade pricing is offered on the basis that the purchaser is acting in the course of business and acknowledges that consumer cancellation and refund rights do not apply.
- By placing an order through a Trade Account, the purchaser confirms that they are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer.
- Trade orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed and accepted by Omnitub Ltd.
- No cooling-off period applies to Trade Account purchases.
- Trade Account purchases are not covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- These terms apply to all trading entities, including limited companies, partnerships and sole traders acting in the course of business.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Omnitub Ltd’s liability for defective goods, goods not as described or not in conformity with the agreed specification, or for any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
- Any apparent defects, shortages or non-conformities must be notified in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- No remedy will apply where an issue arises from measurements, specifications or information supplied by the buyer, including where such information has been approved or confirmed by the buyer prior to manufacture.

Omnitub Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses, including project delays or third-party costs.
- Any exceptions to these terms will only be considered where legally required or where expressly agreed in writing by a Director of Omnitub Ltd.
