CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

CONSUMER RIGHTS

UK consumers buying from Omnitub Ltd are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These give you statutory rights — including a right to cancel certain orders within 14 days of delivery — which are not affected by anything in our website terms or this Legal Notice. Bespoke or made-to-order items (for example, custom-coloured Omnitubs or shower trays in non-standard finishes) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under regulation 28(1)(b) of the 2013 Regulations, except in cases of supplier fault.

REGULATORY DISCLOSURES

Omnitub Ltd operates within the United Kingdom and does not require sector-specific regulatory authorisation for the products it sells. Our manufactured products (handmade bathtubs, shower trays, basins and related sanitaryware) are designed and built in Somerset and supplied with a 30-year warranty against material and workmanship defects, as set out per product on our website.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND TRADING CLAIMS

Where we make claims about provenance ("Handmade in Britain", "Made in Somerset") or material specifications ("7-layer Omnigel", "13-layer insulated build"), these are accurate as at the date of publication and verified by our records at our Lympsham workshop. If any product or claim is found to be inaccurate, please contact info@omnitub.co.uk so we may correct it promptly.
