Yes — book a showroom viewing at Highbridge, Somerset. Viewings are 1-on-1 with someone who can answer every question about depth, layup, colour, insulation, and installation. Visit the booking page to pick a slot.
Where are you actually based?
Omnitub is a British manufacturer. Every tub is hand-built in Somerset, UK — the workshop is in Lympsham and the showroom is in Highbridge. No outsourced moulds, no overseas manufacturing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 220+ countries with live rates at checkout once you enter your delivery address — no need to email for a quote.
I have an existing order — what should I have ready?
Your order number speeds things up massively. The current format is #Omnitub#### (soon to be just #####). You’ll find it in your order confirmation email or your Omnitub account. If you can’t find it, share your email or phone number and we’ll look it up.
