This includes (but is not limited to) the brand names and marks Omnitub, Omnigel, OmniSoak, Omnitone and OmniStudio; the kanji 特 brand mark and the オムニタブ wordmark; all product designs, shapes, drawings, renders, photographs and text; and the overall look and feel of the site. Our products, the Omnigel built-up system and our manufacturing methods are proprietary to Omnitub Ltd and may not be copied or imitated.

CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

CONSUMER RIGHTS

UK consumers buying from Omnitub Ltd are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These give you statutory rights — including a right to cancel certain orders within 14 days of delivery — which are not affected by anything in our website terms or this Legal Notice. Bespoke or made-to-order items (for example, custom-coloured Omnitubs or shower trays in non-standard finishes) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under regulation 28(1)(b) of the 2013 Regulations, except in cases of supplier fault.

REGULATORY DISCLOSURES

Omnitub Ltd operates within the United Kingdom and does not require sector-specific regulatory authorisation for the products it sells. Our manufactured products (handmade bathtubs, shower trays, basins and related sanitaryware) are designed and built in Somerset and supplied with a 30-year warranty against material and workmanship defects, as set out per product on our website.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND TRADING CLAIMS

Omnitub Ltd is the manufacturer of every product we sell. All our products are handmade at our workshop in Somerset, and our claims about provenance ("Handmade in Britain", "Made in Somerset") and material specification ("7-layer Omnigel", "13-layer insulated build") are accurate and backed by our own production records.
