General Delivery Terms

Recommended Delivery Date: We recommend your tub to turn up on the date that your installer wants it to turn up. This way the tub can be received and put into place by your installers. It also means that your return window is more relevant as you have 14 days from the date the tub is delivered to start a return. We offer the service to hold your order until you want it to be delivered so even if you are not sure of the delivery date, it can be ordered and placed on hold. To do this choose 'Hold Delivery' on the checkout as a shipping option. You will still be asked a date for delivery but this will be ignored if you have chosen to hold your delivery. You will need to reach out to us to confirm the delivery date desired when you have it.

You have 48 hours to report damages from the timestamp of the delivery. It is not advisable to take delivery and leave it wrapped up until you're ready to install it as delivery damages can only be actioned within a 48 hour window of delivery. This is standard practice for palleted shipped goods.

Curb-side Delivery: All Omnitub orders are dispatched as curb-side deliveries.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for moving their order from the curb to their premises. While the delivery courier is not obligated to assist, they might help if asked. They reserve the right to decline.

Failed Deliveries: If a customer refuses an order upon delivery or fails to accept it, a re-delivery fee will be charged. Omnitub Ltd is not liable for failed delivery attempts or customer refusals.

Dedicated Delivery Date: When you have created your cart with all of the desired products you are looking to purchase from Omnitub, you can select your dedicated day for delivery on the checkout.

Unforeseen Delays: In the event that we are unable to meet the delivery date due to unforeseen reasons related to the transport company, Omnitub will not be held liable for the delay.

UK Delivery

Coverage: We deliver Omnitub products throughout the UK, including UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Wales, and Scotland, in collaboration with Pallet-Track.
