How accurate is the colour match?
How accurate is the colour match?
We match to industry tolerances of ΔE < 2 (visually indistinguishable to the human eye) against any of the five major paint systems. For physical paint samples, we hand-mix against the reference under D65 daylight conditions and cure a test panel before committing to the final piece.
Do bespoke colours cost extra?
Do bespoke colours cost extra?
Yes — the colour service is a per-product surcharge that covers the additional bench time, hand-mixing, and cure cycles. We quote the exact figure when you send your reference; no hidden costs. Standard palette colours ship at the list price with no surcharge.
How long does a bespoke colour take?
How long does a bespoke colour take?
Typically 14 days to dispatch from order, including the additional cure time the colour layer requires. Standard finishes are eligible for our Free UK Named Day Delivery service.
Is the warranty the same for bespoke colours?
Is the warranty the same for bespoke colours?
Yes — the lifetime Omnitub warranty applies to every finish, standard or bespoke. The colour runs all the way through the Omnigel, so it is colour-fast under UV, heat and bath-chemical exposure and can never chip or peel off a painted-on layer.
Can you match a wall colour rather than a paint code?
Can you match a wall colour rather than a paint code?
Often, yes. Send a photograph in daylight conditions and a description of the brand & range. If we can identify the closest paint reference, we’ll quote the match. For one-off colours with no reference, we can hand-mix from a physical sample (paint pot, fabric swatch, or sample door).
Do you ship colour-matched products internationally?
