If you're in the trade and want to offer Omnitub as a solution to your customers, you'll be pleased to learn that our new Trade Account System is live and ready to accept your orders. We're excited to partner with tradespeople worldwide to bring our high-quality products to your clients.

Creating your account is straightforward. Simply fill out the form below, and a member of our team will review and activate your account within one business day (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Once your account is approved, you can place orders online with ease. Our system is designed to make the ordering process as simple and efficient as possible, so you can focus on what you do best—serving your customers.

Your company or trading name must be visible on the internet. This can be a website showing examples of your work, or a social media presence on platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.

Any online listings proving your company operates and functions as described will also be helpful.

Please note that if no information can be found on the internet about your company, your application may not be approved.

Our trade account area is open to tradespeople worldwide. Whether you're based in the UK or abroad, you can take advantage of our services and products. We also offer worldwide shipping to ensure you can get our products to your location, no matter where you are.

When it comes to placing an order for multiple units it is better to give us a call once your Trade Account is active. This applies to Trade Orders placed Worldwide.

For UK Orders we will be able to offer a lower price for multiple units, depending on the order.

For Orders Outside of the UK we will be able to also have a bespoke price for shipping as depending on the order and whether the tubs are stackable there could be a huge price saving on shipping. Our system will only price shipping one for one by default, meaning if you ordered two tubs that were the same size the shipping price would be "Price Of One Tub *2" whereas actually it would only need to be "Price Of One Tub *1.1/1.2.

All Trade Account orders are subject to the following terms:

• All orders placed using a Trade Account and/or benefiting from trade pricing are deemed to be made in the course of business.
• Trade Account purchases are treated as business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
• Trade pricing is offered on the basis that the purchaser is acting in the course of business and acknowledges that consumer cancellation and refund rights do not apply.
• By placing an order through a Trade Account, the purchaser confirms that they are acting for business purposes and not as a consumer.
• Trade orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed and accepted by Omnitub Ltd.
• No cooling-off period applies to Trade Account purchases.
• Trade Account purchases are not covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
• These terms apply to all trading entities, including limited companies, partnerships and sole traders acting in the course of business.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Omnitub Ltd's liability for defective goods, goods not as described or not in conformity with the agreed specification, or for any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
• Any apparent defects, shortages or non-conformities must be notified in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• No remedy will apply where an issue arises from measurements, specifications or information supplied by the buyer, including where such information has been approved or confirmed by the buyer prior to manufacture.
• Omnitub Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses, including project delays or third-party costs.
• Any exceptions to these terms will only be considered where legally required or where expressly agreed in writing by a Director of Omnitub Ltd.
