Where will the bath go? This sets whether the flange is trimmed to sit tight to a wall, and whether it takes a matching panel.

What this means

Tell us the setting first so the rest of the build fits it. A free-standing bath is finished all the way round. Against a wall, in a corner or in an alcove, the flange sits tight to the wall and can be trimmed, and the open sides take a matching panel.

This tub is supplied without a workshop-drilled overflow — any overflow is cored on site to suit your room — so the waste is a simple choice: the push-down waste with no overflow, colour-matched to your tub if you like.

First — why fit an Omnitub waste?
Tested to 1.5 m deepProven at depths most wastes on the market simply can't handle.
Bundled with its trapWaste + trap together is what gives smooth, reliable drainage — and stops drain smells coming back into the room.
Built for the depthLesser push-down wastes can't push up and down reliably at this depth, and the wrong trap won't clear the water.

Your waste

Overflow wastes and bath fillers fill through the overflow, so they don't apply here — the push-down waste with no overflow is the one built for this tub. Prefer to fit your own? That's fine too.

Bundled with its trap, hand-finished to match your tub, and covered by a 5-year warranty. Not sure? We do this every day — call 01934 751 200 or WhatsApp us.

Most customers don't trim — the full flange is the standard fit. But if your tub needs to sit tight against a wall, we can trim the flange back for you — £75 per cut. Tap the wall letters on your tub — we've turned it to a bird's-eye view — then set how much to take off each side.

What this means

The flange is the lip around the rim. Where the tub meets a wall you don't need the full flange, so we can trim it back to sit flush — leaving a structural minimum of 25 mm. Free-standing baths keep the full flange all round, so there's nothing to trim. Each cut is £75 and makes the tub bespoke — non-returnable once cut.

This tub is supplied without workshop-drilled holes — the overflow and taps are cored on site to suit your room, using our guide. Nothing here makes it bespoke, and it stays fully returnable.

What this means

We supply this tub without workshop drilling — the overflow and taps are cored on site to suit your room, using the guide that ships with your tub. With no drilling here, the tub stays standard and fully returnable.

On the sides that go into a wall, we can build a fixed 2″ (50.8 mm) upstand — a slim lip that runs along the tub's own flange and rises straight up, in the same Omnigel finish and built-up system as the tub, so it's one continuous, watertight surface with the shell.

What this means

An upstand seals the join where the tub meets a wall. Your fitter runs the backer board over the upstand, then the finished wall surface over that — the join is sealed and locked in, with no path for water to get behind the tub. It's common, and often required, on US installs and rarely offered in the UK; we build it in at the factory. Once the wall is finished the upstand is hidden behind it — you'll never see it, but it's doing the work. It rises 2″ above the rim, so it's part of the tub's tallest height for door access (see the Dimensions view). Each upstand build adds about 5 working days.

Tap the sides of your tub that go into a wall — we've turned it to a bird's-eye view. Add one, two or three; leaving them all off is fine (no upstand).

UpstandsNo upstand — tap the wall sides on your tub above.

£300 for one wall side · £500 for two · £700 for three (inc VAT). Height is fixed at 2″. Building an upstand makes the tub bespoke — non-returnable, and you'll sign the made-to-order agreement at checkout.
