Every Omnitub is hand-polished to a deep, reflective finish as standard. Matte is a separate hand-finishing process, applied after the polished build — a fine, low-sheen surface, with the colour still cast right through the Omnigel. Because it's an additional manufacturing stage, it adds around 5 working days to your build and carries a fee. The whole build follows your choice — your tray and its colour-matched waste share the same finish, so nothing looks mixed.
