This item comes with a 115cm flexi hose so is suitable for your waste to be in a different location than the standard if you require.

8th January 2021 Delivery Update

  • Orders placed before 8th January will be delivered through the agreed channels and we are trying to do this the very best we can.
  • We have temporary disabled all deliveries for new orders destined for outside of the UK Mainland (including Northan Ireland).
  • Customers wishing to order to a destination outside of the UK mainland after January 8th 2020 can choose click and collect at the checkout and are more than welcome to arrange their own shipping. We will accommodate and help wherever we can to keep working with you.

 

Why Have We Suspended Orders Outside Of UK Mainland?

We really didn't want too. We have tried everything we possibly could to ensure orders could be placed after 31st December but it's simply not possible due to the work involved with customs declarations and the time it takes for each order.

We are working hard to make this happen again but unfortunately we have put a review on delivering to countries outside of the UK Mainland as 31st March 2021.

We are still able to deliver to the UK mainland and have recently invested in our own delivery vehicle to be able to provide you with the very best service from ordering to delivery.

Please note, our order cut off time is 2pm.

Any orders placed after this time are classed from the following day in terms of delivery days. This is because due to COVID-19 we changed our manufacturing hours to 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday, alowing us to do viewings from 2pm in order to eliminate the number of people within the building.

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 5A Batch Business Park, North Somerset, BS24 0ES, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
