Omnitub Returns Policy
Returns are valid for 14 calendar days from the day of your delivery. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your delivery we can not offer you a refund or exchange.All items purchased from www.omnitub.co.uk must be unused and returned in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
Returning of an Omnitub Deep Soaking Bath
Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths which have been trimmed, an overflow in the non standard position, drilled tap holes or shower hoses can not be returned for a refund under any circumstances as they are considered a 'bespoke product'.
Whirlpool Baths and Omnitub's with Lighting installed are also considered a 'bespoke product' and can not be returned within the 14 day period.
Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths without any modifications can be returned within the 14 day period from delivery. You will need to organise your own shipping back to Omnitub Ltd.

Returning of an Omnitub Panel / Frame / Waste Item
Panels are returnable but not if they have been cut to size in advance or if they have been modified by your installer or yourself.
Wastes are returnable if they are unused and in the original packaging. If the item is not in the original packaging we will accept the return but will not refund any amount.
Frames that are unused are returnable under the 14 day period from delivery but must be returned at your own cost.
Returns are your own responsibility and cost to arrange and return to Omnitub Ltd.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will update the support ticket to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days from the point of return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please fill out the form below and a member of our team will come back to you on email to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

You can set the height you wish from the bolts, make it level and you can cut the bolts if you want the Omnitub to be lower. You just need to consider the waste trap location for your Omnitub as you need the clearance under the Deep Bath. Some customers have removed a segment of the floorboard to have a lower Omnitub and locate the trap below the surface of the room.
Overflow and Waste Location
Delivered with pre-drilled waste and overflow holes. But no tap holes, to allow variation of the tap location or a bath filler can be used.
Should you wish for your Omnitub to have no predrilled overflow hole, or if you would like it predrilled in a different location, please get in touch with us once you have placed your order and we will be sure to accommodate your requirements.
Please, note though that by moving the location of the overflow, you may need a longer hose for your overflow to waste connector. Please also note that the position of the waste is fixed and can not be repositioned.

Custom Colour
We can match any colour based upon a sample from yourself. You’re welcome to send this to us post purchase and we will send your colour back to you for approval prior to making your Deep Bath. This process usually takes around 3-4 weeks depending on how promptly we receive your sample to match and the load of custom colour orders at the time.

Water Capacity
230 Litres Water Capacity (Up to Overflow In Standard Position).
Body Weight
For each KG of body weight remove 1 Litre of water of estimates of capacity, for example if a person was 90kg you would subtract 90 from 230 = 140 Litres.
Floor Reinforcement
Most installers place an OSB board under the Omnitub to spread the load across the joists in the property. This is common amongst most installed baths. Not just an Omnitub.

If you have an overflow then the internal height is 525mm from the base of the Omnitub to the bottom of the overflow. The overflow hole is a standard size (around 50mm in diameter) which leaves 25mm to the top of the Omnitub internal height.

With Standard Fixed Feet it needs to be 670mm (any Omnitub on its side is 670mm).
If you request your Omnitub to have no fixed feet then it will be 625mm on the side.
You will then be able to attach the feet to the Omnitub when the Omnitub is through the doors by screwing the fixed feet into the base board of the Omnitub (self tap screws provided and pilot holes drilled. This will not have any imapact on the stability of the Omnitub and ensures you can get your Omnitub through narrower doorways.
If you have air jets on the Omnitub then we will not be able to ship with no fixed feed because of the space required under the base board for the jet installation. It would need to be 670mm wide on its side.
Every Omnitub is handmade in Somerset using a resin gel coat and reinforced with fibreglass with an additional baseboard under the Omnitub for extra stability and support. The base board also ensures that you could drill into the base should you need too if your doorways are narrower than the 670mm as mentioned above.

You can't stretch a sheet of acrylic over a 450mm depth without severe structural reinforcement. It just doesn't work.
We never use acrylic to manufacture an Omnitub.
