The installation process for an Omnitub Duo Extra has never been easier, with simple fixing solutions to bolt together each frame for a seamless installation process.

The purpose of the Omnitub Duo Extra Half Frame and Frame is to remove the requirement to build a frame around your Omnitub Duo Extra to place your tiles/slats/finish. The predrilled pilot holes make it a seamless process to place your finish over the frame saving you up to half a day in building a frame for your Omnitub Duo Extra.

The Omnitub Duo Extra Solid Steel Bathtub Frame provides your plumber/joiner with easy frame solutions that eliminates un necessary time and effort into making wooden Frames.

Hand crafted in Somerset in the United Kingdom, each Solid Steel Bathtub Frame is produced to the highest standards, only leaving Omnitub after passing out 30 point check and verification process.

Delivered with pre-drilled feet and pilot holes and all necessary fittings to assemble your Steel Bathtub Frame.

 

FREE UK DELIVERY

The Metal frame must not be placed on a 75mm edge with an overflow hole. We recommend that if you have any questions or queries regarding moving an overflow hole to contact Omnitub either by emailing info@omnitub.co.uk or alternatively call 01934 751 200.

Please do not rest the full weight of the tub on the frame and use the fixed feet and adjustable legs to take the weight of the Omnitub Duo Extra.

The Metal Frame’s purpose is to provide a means of making panelling and tiling easier.

26th January 2021 Delivery Update

We're delighted to have been able to open up our delivery to Europe once again after the disasterous start to the year with having to close all NON UK Mainland orders off.

We really didn't want too. But there genuinely wasn't the systems in place to ship outside of the UK from 1st January, we know.... The UK Government only had 2-3 years to put something in place so they must've been really up against it....

Anyway, we're back open to orders outside of the UK and if you're ordering from outside of the UK you should see our prices without VAT. This is because before your order is able to be delivered to you, you'll have to pay tax on your order to your local customs authority. They'll give you a call or send you an email to take payment.

All orders outside of the UK will be sent through our shipping partner, Davies Turner and you'll be sent a tracking number upon successful dispatch of your order. Currently orders outside of the UK mainland are being dispatched within 48 hours and can take anywhere from 7-21 days to land with you depending on load at the boarders or within your tax authority.

The cost to ship Omnitub's outside of the UK is £300. This cost does not include VAT.

We currently have no rate table given to us so is a price on application for each order. Regardless of what the cost is to us (it's often higher than £300) you will not be charged any more for delivery.

If we manage to get rate tables set from our partner then we will be able to itemise costs per country immediately.

For now, this is the best we can do and we appreciate that £300 is quite frankly a high price but that's the current rate to ship a pallet out of the UK to pretty much anywhere in Europe.

You're more than welcome to arrange your own shipping if you would like.

  • Air frieght is around 2-3 time more expensive than sea freight.

Any orders placed after this time are classed from the following day in terms of delivery days. This is because due to COVID-19 we changed our manufacturing hours to 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday, alowing us to do viewings from 2pm in order to eliminate the number of people within the building.

Returns are valid for 30 calendar days from the day of your delivery. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your delivery we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

All items purchased from www.omnitub.co.uk must be unused and returned in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.

Returning of an Omnitub Deep Soaking Bath


Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths which have been trimmed, an overflow in the non standard position, drilled tap holes or shower hoses can not be returned for a refund under any circumstances.

Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths without any modifications which have been delivered directly by Omnitub Ltd can be returned and have a £300 Collection and Restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths delivered by a pallet network are your own responsibility and cost to arrange and return to Omnitub Ltd. There is a £200 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Only returns sent to this address will be refunded and restocked. Returns sent to manufacturing will not be refunded.

Returning of an Omnitub Panel / Frame / Waste Item


Panels are returnable but not if they have been cut to size and have a £150 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Frames are returnable and carry a £100 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Wastes are returnable if they are unused and in the original packaging. If the item is not in the original packaging we will accept the return but will not refund any amount. Wastes that are in the original packaging and unused will be returnable but will carry a £50 restocking fee which will be deducted from the returned amount.

Returns are your own responsibility and cost to arrange and return to Omnitub Ltd. There is a £150 restocking fee for a panel, a £100 restocking fee for a frame which will be deducted from your refunded amount and a £50 restocking fee for a waste item.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected we will update the support ticket to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days from the point of return.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please fill out the form below and a member of our team will come back to you on email to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
