Omnitub Returns Policy

Returns are valid for 14 calendar days from the day of your delivery. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your delivery we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

All items purchased from www.omnitub.co.uk must be unused and returned in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.

Returning of an Omnitub Deep Soaking Bath


Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths which have been trimmed, an overflow in the non standard position, drilled tap holes or shower hoses can not be returned for a refund under any circumstances as they are considered a 'bespoke product'.

Whirlpool Baths and Omnitub's with Lighting installed are also considered a 'bespoke product' and can not be returned within the 14 day period.

Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths without any modifications can be returned within the 14 day period from delivery. You will need to organise your own shipping back to Omnitub Ltd.

We accept returns Monday - Friday between 0800 and 1800. We are not open on bank holiday and weekends for returns.

Only returns sent to this address will be refunded and restocked. Returns sent to manufacturing will not be refunded.

Returning of an Omnitub Panel / Frame / Waste Item


Panels are returnable but not if they have been cut to size in advance or if they have been modified by your installer or yourself.

Wastes are returnable if they are unused and in the original packaging. If the item is not in the original packaging we will accept the return but will not refund any amount.

Frames that are unused are returnable under the 14 day period from delivery but must be returned at your own cost.

Returns are your own responsibility and cost to arrange and return to Omnitub Ltd.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected we will update the support ticket to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days from the point of return.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please fill out the form below and a member of our team will come back to you on email to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
