Customers who live in the UK are immediately elegible for 7 - 9 Days Free Delivery. For orders outside of the UK, please contact for an accurate quotation.

We now ship WORLDWIDE. Please feel free to get in contact with us calling 01934 751 200 for quotation details, alternatively email and we aim to respond to you within a day with a price for shipping.

7 - 9 Days Delivery in the UK. Any orders outside of the UK are quoted for based on the address given by the customer. 

Yes you can actually, simply select "The Pallet Network | 3 - 4 Days (Dedicated Day Service)" for an extra £60 to get your Omnitub faster.

We are more than happy for customers to hold their Onnitub order until they are ready for it to be delivered to them at no extra cost. We ask that customers who hold their order give Omnitub 3 days notice atleast to schedule in delivery.

Returns and exchanges

All customers have a 30 Day Hassle Free Return Policy in place with their order. We remain the right to reject any returns past 30 days from delivery date. Customers must pay for any return shipping. Should the customer require help returning an Omnitub, delivery fees will be deducted from the order.

In the unlikely event that you would like to return your Omnitub, you can arrange for a delivery company to ship the tub back to our address (ADDRESS) with packaging protecting the tub on the pallet it was shipped on. Any damages made during transport arranged by the customer leaves you liable for repair costs. You are also able to request Omnitub Ltd to collect the Omnitub on your behalf. Costs for return delivery will be deducted from your refund. Please note, the customer is liable for collection and re-delivery costs. 

Yes, you are more than welcome to exchange your Omnitub for another should the size you purchased not work for your bathroom. However, if the Omnitub has been taken out of its packaging, we do require photos of the tub to prove that the Omnitub has sustained no damage. A pallet will have to be provided by the customer, with appropriate protection applied. Most people use our packaging to protect the tub. Once we receive the Omnitub back, we shall inspect to make sure there is no damage and we shall send out another Omnitub for you. :) Please note, the customer is liable for collection and re-delivery costs. 

The customer will have to pay for return shipping in the unlikely event that they are un satisified with their Omnitub.

Yes, at Omnitub we want to give our customers the best experience they can possibly have and welcome anyone to step in side their DREAM Omnitub.

We do, we currently have an Omnitub Solo Plus with a 14 Jet Whirlpool | 8 Jet Spa and 2 Chromotherapy Lights for the customer to see in action and play with.

We have examples of the Deck mounted mixer valves, and Rise Batch Click Clack Filler to hand at the Omnitub Showroom. Available for the customer to feel the quality of the products.
