Description

The Omnitub Duo is the original Duo Deep Soaking Bath Tub from Omnitub.

Step into an Omnitub Duo and immerse yourself fully, the water keeps hotter longer than a normal bath so you can indulge and relax until your heart's content, and it's as easy to install as a conventional bath.

The Handmade Deep Soaking Bath Tub was originally designed and created for smaller bathrooms, to give the option to introduce a bath where it previously wouldn't be possible.

The Japanese Style Deep Soaking Bath Tub is perfect for anyone who wishes to enjoy soaking in the Original Deep Soaking Tub.

Handcrafted in the beautiful county of Somerset in the United Kingdom, each Omnitub is produced to the highest standard and doesn't leave the premises until it's passed our 30 point check and verification testing process.

Enjoy and indulge in the deepwater, unlike any other standard bath.

Overflow and Waste Location

Delivered with pre-drilled waste and overflow holes. But no tap holes, to allow variation of the tap location or a bath filler can be used.

Should you wish for your Omnitub to have no predrilled overflow hole, or if you would like it predrilled in a different location, please get in touch with us once you have placed your order and we will be sure to accommodate your requirements.

Please, note though that by moving the location of the overflow, you may need a longer hose for your overflow to waste connector. Please also note that the position of the waste is fixed and can not be repositioned.

You can set the height you wish from the bolts, make it level and you can cut the bolts if you want the Omnitub to be lower. You just need to consider the waste trap location for your Omnitub as you need the clearance under the Deep Bath. Some customers have removed a segment of the floorboard to have a lower Omnitub and locate the trap below the surface of the room.

Custom Colour

We can match any colour based upon a sample from yourself. You’re weome to send this to us post purchase and we will send your colour back to you for approval prior to making your Deep Bath. This process usually takes around 3-4 weeks depending on how promptly we receive your sample to match and the load of custom colour orders at the time.

The additional cost for this is £300.

Trimming Service from Omnitub

If you require your Omnitub to be slightly smaller in dimensions than we have then we may not need to manufacture a custom deep bath for you. We may instead be able to trim your Omnitub down on the flanges.

For the 100mm Flange (the one where the waste and overflow is by standard) we can trim down up to 75mm. This is the maximum we can trim down without weakening the structure of the deep bath. If we trim the flange where the overflow is, you need to consider the depth of the waste you’re using as it could protrude more than the depth of the bath, meaning you may need to dig out part of your wall or not have an overflow on this side or not an overflow at all.

For the 75mm flanges (the other three flanges on the deep bath) we can trim up to 50mm off of these sides.

Please be aware that trimmed Omnitub orders are bespoke orders and can not be returned to us.

We will do a drawing file post purchase for you to sign off on prior to us cutting your Omnitub, ensuring it’s correct and that you’re happy for us to do so. This doesn’t usually hold dup the process of shipping your Omnitub.

We can cut by multiples of 5mm.

Tap Hole Drilling Service

Any side of the Omnitub is suitable to drilled into. We can drill your tap holes for you if you would rather. Post purchase we will do a drawing file to ensure this is in the correct place and hole sizes. Please be aware that this turns the Omnitub into a custom order and therefore can not be returned to us. The drawing file we send to you will be signed off and confirmed prior to shipping your deep bath.

Holding Delivery

We’re more than happy to hold your order until you are ready to receive your deep bath from Omnitub. Please let us know post purchase of in the notes on the cart page if you would like us to do this and we’ll be in touch post purchase to confirm your delivery. If your delivery requirements change post purchase and you need your deep bath from Omnitub sooner, you can reach out and let us know and we can organise delivery with you.

    What happens if I make a return?

    If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. Follow the retailer's return instructions and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.

    There's something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?

    You do not need to pay for goods that are received damage, broken or faulty. Follow the retailers dispute instructions and make sure to “Report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until you’ve resolved the dispute with the retailer.     What happens if I don’t pay for my Pay in 30 days order?

    26th January 2021 Delivery Update

    We're delighted to have been able to open up our delivery to Europe once again after the disasterous start to the year with having to close all NON UK Mainland orders off.

    We really didn't want too. But there genuinely wasn't the systems in place to ship outside of the UK from 1st January, we know.... The UK Government only had 2-3 years to put something in place so they must've been really up against it....

    Anyway, we're back open to orders outside of the UK and if you're ordering from outside of the UK you should see our prices without VAT. This is because before your order is able to be delivered to you, you'll have to pay tax on your order to your local customs authority. They'll give you a call or send you an email to take payment.

    All orders outside of the UK will be sent through our shipping partner, Davies Turner and you'll be sent a tracking number upon successful dispatch of your order. Currently orders outside of the UK mainland are being dispatched within 48 hours and can take anywhere from 7-21 days to land with you depending on load at the boarders or within your tax authority.

    The cost to ship Omnitub's outside of the UK is £300. This cost does not include VAT.

    We currently have no rate table given to us so is a price on application for each order. Regardless of what the cost is to us (it's often higher than £300) you will not be charged any more for delivery.

    If we manage to get rate tables set from our partner then we will be able to itemise costs per country immediately.

    For now, this is the best we can do and we appreciate that £300 is quite frankly a high price but that's the current rate to ship a pallet out of the UK to pretty much anywhere in Europe.

    You're more than welcome to arrange your own shipping if you would like.

    Any orders placed after this time are classed from the following day in terms of delivery days. This is because due to COVID-19 we changed our manufacturing hours to 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday, alowing us to do viewings from 2pm in order to eliminate the number of people within the building.

    Policy Effective from 27/04/2021 | All orders that are placed on or after this date fall under this new returns policy.

    Returns are valid for 30 calendar days from the day of your delivery. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your delivery we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

    All items purchased from www.omnitub.co.uk must be unused and returned in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.

    Returning of an Omnitub Deep Soaking Bath


    Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths which have been trimmed, an overflow in the non standard position, drilled tap holes or shower hoses can not be returned for a refund under any circumstances.

    Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths without any modifications which have been delivered directly by Omnitub Ltd can be returned and have a £300 Collection and Restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

    Omnitub Deep Soaking Baths delivered by a pallet network are your own responsibility and cost to arrange and return to Omnitub Ltd. There is a £200 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

    Returning of an Omnitub Panel / Frame / Waste Item


    Panels are returnable but not if they have been cut to size and have a £150 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

    Frames are returnable and carry a £100 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

    Wastes are returnable if they are unused and in the original packaging. If the item is not in the original packaging we will accept the return but will not refund any amount. Wastes that are in the original packaging and unused will be returnable but will carry a £50 restocking fee which will be deducted from the returned amount.

    Returns are your own responsibility and cost to arrange and return to Omnitub Ltd. There is a £150 restocking fee for a panel, a £100 restocking fee for a frame which will be deducted from your refunded amount and a £50 restocking fee for a waste item.

    Refunds


    Once your return is received and inspected we will update the support ticket to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days from the point of return.

    Exchanges


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please fill out the form below and a member of our team will come back to you on email to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
